Speech-Language Pathologist
Leslie Jacob joined Parkinson Voice Project as a speech-language pathologist in July of 2017. Leslie grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated with her MA in speech-language pathology in 2013 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She moved to the Dallas area in 2015. She has experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital treating adults who suffered from strokes or other head injuries as well as with elementary school students in the public school system. She is extremely excited to work with adults who have Parkinson’s disease to help them regain their communication skills in a fulfilling way.
When she is not working, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys baking, traveling, catching up on her favorite shows, and yoga.
