Instead of charging a set fee for this 6-hour training course, our nonprofit uses a Pay It Forward model. Students select a Pay It Forward gift ($5, $10, or $15) to help the next student receive training.
This training course is designed for SLP Students under the supervision of a Certified SPEAK OUT! Provider. It offers education about Parkinson’s and the SPEAK OUT! Therapy Program.
The course includes SPEAK OUT! efficacy research, evaluation protocol, demonstrations of in-person and virtual individual SPEAK OUT! Therapy, and SPEAK OUT! Classes. It prepares students for their clinical practicums.
The SPEAK OUT! Student Training Course is in English.
Students have 30 days to complete the course.
