This training course is designed for speech-language pathology graduate students under the supervision of a Certified SPEAK OUT! Provider. It offers education about Parkinson’s Disease and the treatment protocol of the SPEAK OUT! Therapy Program. This course prepares students for their clinical practicums.
The course is in English and includes 17 text and video modules with closed-captioning. A strong internet connection is required. Google Chrome recommended. Students have 30 days from the date of registration to complete the course.
Important: Students who complete this course are not Certified SPEAK OUT! Providers. After graduation, students are encouraged to complete the SPEAK OUT! Therapy Program Certification Course.
