Members of the “Bartholomew Circle” have included Parkinson Voice Project in their estate plans to help future patients and families. Bart and Joan Bartholomew received speech therapy from our Founder, Samantha Elandary, at her home in 2002. Bart had Parkinson’s, and Joan was diagnosed with PSP, a Parkinson-Plus disorder. In 2008, the Bartholomew’s made a major gift that enabled Parkinson Voice Project to launch our unique Pay It Forward funding model.
