The “Bartholomew Circle” is a special group of supporters who have included Parkinson Voice Project in their estate plans.
When Parkinson Voice Project was founded in 2005, the voices of those with Parkinson’s were disappearing. Patients struggled with speech and life-threatening swallowing issues.
Bart and Joan Bartholomew received speech therapy from Samantha Elandary at her home. Bart had Parkinson’s, and Joan was diagnosed with Progressive Supra-Nuclear Palsy. The Bartholomew’s believed in Samantha’s vision for making quality speech treatment accessible to patients worldwide. She founded Parkinson Voice Project in 2005.
In 2008, Bart and Joan Bartholomew made a generous gift which enabled Parkinson Voice Project to launch their “Pay It Forward” funding model. To this day, Parkinson Voice Project doesn’t bill insurance or charge for its speech therapy programs.
Will you please join Bart, Joan, and Samantha in including Parkinson Voice Project in your estate plans to help future patients and families?
