Eastern Washington University
The University Speech and Language Clinic has been involved in the Parkinson Voice Project since 2012. We have trained many students and provided the SPEAK OUT! program to our community both in person and via telehealth.
We are also excited to increase our impact in the greater community by offering clinical services in more than one location. We are opening a second clinic on our main campus, 17 miles away. This location will increase our market to small rural communities that have not typically accessed our services. In addition, we have secured a treatment space in north Spokane that will improve access within our current community. We are prepared to continue providing services via teletherapy in Washington and our neighboring states.
